My name is Missie Dillon. I'm a 52 year old wife and mom to two older daughters who are doing their own adulting. I'm a Montana girl living in Texas and working full-time in Corporate America as a Population Health Strategist. I am an avid fitness fanatic, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Instructor for about 30+ years now.
Walking is my daily go-to exercise and I LOVE a good pilates/yoga fusion workout. I purposely sweat my way through life!I love fashion but consider myself a bit of a minimalist. I strive to be comfy, versatile, practical, thoughtful and grateful in my way of life. Being the best wife and mom I can be while looking and feeling healthy, happy, strong and confident, has always been my life's mission.
